This month, we’ve introduced a number of intuitive updates to the Artlogic app for edition management - filtering, searching, and browsing have been greatly improved, making it easier than ever to share and present artworks on the go, just in time for art fair season.
New and Improved Features
- Automatic Private Views - Hide Editions
A new “Hide Editions” option in the settings menu lets you collapse editions within the main record for a cleaner, more seamless browsing experience. This setting can be enabled per presentation or as a global setting.

Improved Edition Browsing
It’s now easier to browse editions within Artwork records, with enhanced search, sort, and filter options. -
Artwork and Artist Filter Search
You can now search within your artwork and artist filters, making it quicker to find, select, and highlight the options you need.

- Library & Publications Export
We've added new fields: Contributors, Publication Type, and Publication Categories to the Library & Publications Excel export. -
New Availability Filters for Automatic Private Views
You can now set up dedicated availability filters for Automatic Artist Private Views which determine the status of artworks being sent through to the app. These can be edited by going to App > View Settings > Automatic Artist Private views in your database. With refreshed UI things are clearer and more intuitive, with minor layout and settings clean-up for improved usability.
Updates and Fixes
- Artsy API Fix
Fixed an issue where the “Additional information” field could be sent to the Artsy API if “Commentary or description” was left empty. Now, only the “Commentary or description” field is used as intended. - Condition Fields Image Deletion Fix
Resolved an issue preventing clients using the Condition Fields (beta) preference from deleting uploaded images within the UI.

- Online Viewing Room Enquiry Button
We added a new setting allowing you to hide enquiry buttons on individual OVR image records. -
Support for Externally Hosted Fonts
We've added support allowing you to use externally hosted fonts, even when the font files can’t be directly downloaded. -

- Exhibitions Page Fix
An issue where forthcoming exhibitions were appearing on the Past Exhibitions page has been resolved. - Captcha Improvements
We've improved the way Google Captcha is implemented across all forms and fixed issues affecting the mailing list signup form, helping to improve form security and reliability. - Art Fair Slideshow Fix
We fixed an issue preventing slideshows from displaying correctly on certain Art Fair pages. - Press Meta Tag Fix
An issue where Press records were not generating meta tags correctly has been resolved. - Mobile Navigation Background Fix
A display issue affecting backgrounds on the new sub-navigation menu when viewed on mobile devices has been found and fixed.
